Vinnie was rescued after an urgent e-mail posting was send out asking for someone to take him in. He is a 7 year old stray who was originally found in a dump with a frozen ear (he lost the tip of it which made him distinctive) and he had been adopted from the Winnipeg
Humane Society. He needed a new home after his young owner passed away suddenly from a heart attack and his father's house had burnt down. A dog from this family found a home at the Great Pyranees Rescue and the dog was adopted. Vinnie was a bit shy in the shelter as he
was used to being an only cat in his previous home. He was very affectionate with people (as most orange tabbies are) and he loved to be held. He was adopted by a family who had previously lost an orange and white male cat that they had adopted from Cat Tails Rescue.
Vinnie is happy as a clam in his new home getting all the love and attention he deserves. He enjoys curling up on the couch to watch t.v.
